**Cosmic Carnival Return and Reschedule Policy**

At Cosmic Carnival by LIT Immersive LLC, we strive to provide an exceptional experience for all our guests. To ensure clarity and fairness, we have established the following return and reschedule policy:

Refund Policy
– Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available for tickets only if the request is made at least 10 days before the event date.
– Non-Refundable Period: Refund requests made within 10 days of the event will not be accepted.

Reschedule Policy
– Rescheduling Eligibility: We understand that plans can change. You may reschedule your ticket to a different event date within 4 days of the originally scheduled event date.
– How to Reschedule: To request a date change, please contact our customer support team via info@litimmersive.com at least 4 days before your event.
