Community at the Heart of the Holiday

Step Into a Christmas Towne That Gives Back

Explore storefronts where families can share stories, thank local heroes, and meet adoptable rescue animals. Here, community connection is part of the experience—not just a name on a sign.

Partners You Can Meet, Not Just See

At Christmas Towne, community partners have dedicated spaces built around what they do. Families can take part in storytelling, write messages of thanks, and learn about pet adoption as they explore. Each storefront offers a way to connect with a cause through an activity shared together.

Small Moments, Meaningful Connections

The planned Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library space will bring books and family storytelling into the Towne. At the Vet Tix / 1st Tix storefront, guests can share Christmas wishes and thanks with veterans, military members, and first responders; eligible members of those communities and their families will also have complimentary ticket opportunities. The North Pole Pet Adoption Agency will invite guests to meet adoptable animals and learn about rescue with Evergreen Pug Rescue & Friends and participating rescue partners.

Project Overview

Families will be invited to step into a space inspired by Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, where storytelling and shared activities make room for imagination. Through books and stories enjoyed together, the planned storefront will give children and grown-ups a chance to pause, listen, and create a holiday memory of their own.

“Christmas has always been about shared experiences and traditions, and we also wanted the Towne to have a real connection to the community around it. Our partners aren’t simply names on a sign. Families will actually be able to step into their spaces, participate in activities and connect with the work they do.”
