Who Can Visit Christmas Towne?
- Is Christmas Towne suitable for all ages? Yes. It is designed for families, with activities that children and adults can enjoy together.
- Can adults visit without children? Yes. Adults are welcome to explore Christmas Towne on their own or with friends.
- Do I need a ticket to enter? Yes. Every guest needs an admission ticket or a complimentary under-two admission.
- Is there a separate ticket for adults? Yes. Adult Tickets are available for guests purchasing adult admission.
- Do children need their own tickets? Yes. Children ages two and older need Child Tickets.
- What about children under two? Admission is complimentary for children under two, but they still need an under-two admission.
- Which ticket should I choose for a family visit? Select an Adult Ticket for each adult and a Child Ticket for each child age two or older.
- Should I include a baby in my booking? Yes. Add a complimentary under-two admission for each child younger than two.
- Can grandparents and other adults join the visit? Absolutely. Each accompanying adult should have an Adult Ticket.

How Your Visit Works
Step 1
Choose a standard ticket for your preferred date and arrival time, or select a limited-availability Flex ticket to arrive at any time during operating hours on your chosen date.
Step 2
Arrive at your selected time if you have a standard ticket. Flex guests can check in whenever the Towne is open on their ticket date.
Step 3
Plan for about 90 minutes to explore, but feel free to stay until closing on the day of your visit.
Entry & Availability
A Little Planning Makes More Room to Play
Christmas Towne uses timed entry and controlled capacity to give guests room to explore and help limit waits. Tickets at the door may be available if capacity allows, but they are not guaranteed; booking ahead is the best way to secure your preferred visit. If you have a standard ticket, aim to arrive a few minutes before your selected arrival time so you can check in without rushing. Running late? Come to the entrance and speak with the team. Entry after your reserved time is subject to available capacity and cannot be guaranteed.

Can I change my visit date or arrival time?
Eligible tickets can be changed through self-service up to 24 hours before your visit, subject to availability.
Are Christmas Towne tickets refundable?
Tickets are generally non-refundable. If your plans change, check whether your ticket qualifies for a self-service date or time change.
How late can I make a self-service change?
Make any eligible date or arrival-time change at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit. Changes depend on available dates and times.
Does my ticket have a set arrival time?
Standard tickets are valid for a selected date and arrival time. Flex tickets allow arrival at any time during operating hours on the selected date.
What if my preferred new time is unavailable?
Self-service changes are subject to availability. If your preferred date or time is full, check for another available option before the 24-hour deadline.
